- 2-3 Quarts broth (1 quart=4 cups)
- 3 cups cooked turkey
- 1 chopped onion

- 1 chopped carrot
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 TBL chicken bouillon
- salt
- pepper
Combine all ingredients together in pot and boil until rice and vegetables are tender, about 30-40 minutes.
